Your patients enter your code at checkout, or use the link you send them — it fills everything in automatically.

We total your referred orders each month and pay you your 15% by your chosen method.

The details

  • 15% commission  on the pre-tax, pre-shipping total of every referred order.
  • First order and every reorder. Once a patient is referred by you, you earn on all of their future orders too — not just the first.
  • Paid once a month for the prior month's referred orders, by check or direct deposit — your choice.
  • Use your code when designing a blend for your patients, or patients can use your code when they order themselves.
  • No cost, no minimums. Refer as many or as few patients as you like.

Affiliate Program Terms (summary). Commission is 15% of the pre-tax, pre-shipping merchandise total of qualifying orders attributed to your code or referral link, including reorders by the same patient. Commissions accrue on paid, non-refunded, non-cancelled orders and are paid monthly for the prior month once your tax information is on file. Custom Prebiotics may modify or end the program, adjust rates, or decline or revoke an affiliate code at its discretion, and does not permit self-referral or misleading medical claims. Full written terms are provided upon approval. Nothing here is medical, legal, or tax advice.
